Lee Miklovic, Managing Director & CEO
Mr. Miklovic has nearly 30 years of transaction advisory, principal investment and operating experience, primarily focused in the middle market. He has worked extensively with public and private boards and senior management teams on strategic growth and value creation initiatives as well as numerous merger & acquisition, buyout and financing transactions. Mr. Miklovic previously served as a Director in the middle-market investment banking groups of Morgan Stanley and Citigroup. He also was a Managing Director with Caymus Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. and a Principal with Caymus Partners, a merchant banking firm. He began his career as an engineer for The Timken Company. Mr. Miklovic has an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University. He currently serves on the boards of directors of OASYS, INC., a government technology services provider, and Recognize Services Inc., a human resources SaaS provider, as well as on the board of directors of JH Outback Atlanta, a not-for-profit Christian organization. Mr. Miklovic is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Private Directors Association (PDA).
Dennis Bergquist, Managing Director
Mr. Bergquist has nearly 30 years of middle-market operational and consulting experience as both a senior executive and as an advisor to boards, investors and senior management of private and publicly held companies. He has served in CEO, CFO and senior strategic roles with multiple private and publicly held companies where he had responsibility for revenue growth and expansion, including the sourcing of capital to fund those initiatives. Mr. Bergquist also has experience in turnaround assignments and restructurings involving manufacturing and business services companies. Mr. Bergquist has an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.S. in business administration from California State University (Fresno). Mr. Bergquist is a former certified public accountant.
